Headache pattern

Bring the number of headache days, migraine days, headache-free days, attack duration, typical timing, and any recent change in frequency.

Symptoms and impact

Note pain location, severity, nausea, aura, light or sound sensitivity, missed work or school, sleep impact, and activities you had to cancel.

Medication context

List current medications, doses, days used, side effects, past options tried, and which details you want to ask your clinician about.

Bring these notes if you have them

Recent headache diary or app export
